Have you ever followed a recipe that called for a "pinch" or a "dash?" Raise your hand if you have...um, yeah...me too. While I may be improving in the culinary arts, but I still hem and haw over what constitutes these measurements. I love these! I always wonder how much a pinch or a dash really is!! I don't see it too often in my recipes, but sometimes. these would be infinitely helpful, because I am kind of anal about measuring things out when I cook!
