Since I'm no longer afraid to cook fish, I figured why not dive in head first! I made this last night for dinner - Crispy Fish with Lemon-Dill Sauce, pretty light, quick, & easy! The recipe calls for cod, but opting for fresh in lieu of frozen, I went with halibut. The sauce was probably my favorite part, quite delightful (and really complimented the fish). And since I have extra fresh dill leftover from this recipe, I might try and tackle this recipe next.
