Street food is the rage right now in Seattle. I had the ultimate privilege of sampling some of Seattle's street food at Skillet, the airstream trailer/gourmet burger wagon - the grass-fed beef burger with cambozola cheese, arugula, and bacon jam definitely packed a flavor punch! Next on my list, spicy pork bulgogi and kimchi tacos at Marination Mobile. See my previous blog about this fab place here. I'm on the move!

awww, sounds so fun!
we've got something of a roach-coach revolution down here in austin, too, with caravans materializing in parking lots overnight. very tasty though; no complaints here!
*wide eyes* i have not known about the marination mobile! i must hunt it down!
ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! i'm going to hunt them down. I'm looking for a great burger place/truck for my wedding. I hope they do weddings!
