This weekend a friend introduced me to this popular youtube clip - Grand Central Freeze. As an undergrad art history major I've had my fair share of observing art installations - but this one is pretty impressive. Shout out to ImprovEverywhere, the 70-person NYC improv group that pulled off this monumental and artistic stunt (among others) around the city - kudos! I wish I'd been in Grand Central terminal to see this hilarity in person.

I love those guys! We tried to do something like that back in high school during a passing period, haha. Wasn't quite as cool . ..
Ha! This video was circulating around work too! I wonder how they can do that!
I saw this at my lunch break a while back!
oh, this was so awesome.
I wish I were there when it happened as well. it would have been awesome. I was speechless when I saw it for the first time.
these guys are rad. they did one called "Best Gig Ever" where like 50 people memorized lyrics from some unknown local band's songs and went to some random weeknight bar gig with shirts they made with the bands logo like all the sudden they had this huge following.
I've been in gigging bands for 12 years and could really appreciate that one.
