Girl Scout Season

In case you haven't noticed, Girl Scout cookie season is in full swing. I know I can't resist those pricy $4-a-box Samoas and Thin Mints. But for the budget Girl Scout enthusiast, try making your own Samoas bars at home. You might not be supporting a troop of 9-year olds in merit badges, but these sweet homemade treats look pretty good!

Wow I bet they're even more yummy that the GS ones. (Although don't tell them I said that. Nothing more sad than disappointing a little girl dolled up in a uniform.)

Oh my gosh, those look amazing. Totally going to try 'em at home. Maybe I'll make myself a little purple box for authenticity.

YUUUUUUM.

I am making these.

They are perfect more me because I:
1.) am cheap and not willing to shell out the dough for a box
2.) love samoas
