This person is not me.
If this person is you, this might be right up your alley...
The new perfume, In the Library, smells like "a signed first edition of a favorite novel, Russian and Moroccan leather bindings, worn cloth and a hint of wood polish." It my not have a very sexy name, but it might just be enough to bring out the book smarts in your novel guy.

Oh sigh. As an English Major I spent hours [weeks? months?] in library stacks of old, old books... Unfortunately, I am allergic to the [dusty] smell that others find so intriguing.
I find the concept interesting and wonder how much of this scent will sell.
I'm an English major as well and I want to be a librarian so that is PERFECT for me!
I was ALSO an English major (do all bloggers major in English?) and that's a smell I will never forget. I'm really curious to see how close they got to the real thing!
