I admit, I judge wine bottles by their label. Rather than being captivated by flavors of a region, my eye gravitates toward the catchy, creative, or whimsical label. Which is how I came to find "Holy Cow," Riesling, a K Vintners wine, I couldn't resist the little halo perched above this angelic cow's head. Not only that, it was both affordable and flavorful. I choose my wines by the label too!! They pretty much all taste the same to me so the only difference I can tell is by the bottle :)
There's absolutely nothing wrong with choosing wines by the label - I buy one bottle of Lulu B because of the chich little French woman in her beret!
