One of my fave meals while traveling through Italy - Ribollita, Italian bread soup. Aside from gathering the respective ingredients, this recipe was relatively easy to make, all you need is a little time. Plus, it's a great way to get a healthy dose of green veggies as it includes cabbage, kale, and broccolini.
