i make cheesecakes for events, and almost started my own cheesecake business. um . . . this is the coolest thing! one of those things where i think right away, "darn it! why didn't i think of that????"

I saw these over at Bakerella's blog too, and am very tempted! I've always been a little unconvinced about cake pops (why have a little cake when you can have a lot?!) but these look perfect!

I don't like cheesecake but those are so neat!!! Also--i am halfway done with: "Someday My Prince Will Come" and let me just thank you! I love this book it is soo funny and cute. Just what i haved needed lately, a light hearted easy read. I love it!
