Back in the Game

Day 1 of my exercise regime...starts today. I just signed up with a few friends and co-workers for my first half marathon, and now that I've paid my $80, I'm committed! My fellow teachers and I are trying to organize a 2-3 runs together after school every a week, and stick to it. Wish me luck!

I'm very impressed! I skipped yet another workout this morning. Can't seem to get the right kick off, but I'm motivated by your enthusiasm! Thanks!

Oh my God. And I feel proud when I can handle only 30 minutes of cardio! Good luck!

Oooh fun!! I ran a half marathon in June and while it was a lot of work it was such a great feeling crossing the finish line! Just make sure you have good shoes and you will be set!

Good for you, that is awesome!! I've never run more than three miles at a time, so this type of thing impresses me to no end. I'll be rooting you on!!

Good luck! I recently started going back to the gym and it has felt so great getting back into shape. Kudos on signing up for a marathon too! I'm not brave enough to do one of those yet.
