Never thought I'd pair egg whites + cocktails, but I guess there's a first for everything. My friend Nayely who is half Mexican-half Peruvian, turned me onto the staple Peruvian drink - pisco sour. Don't be deterred by the whipped egg white foam top, this citrusy libation is crisp, tart, and surprisingly refreshing on a hot summer day.
