This might be my new fall favorite -
Acorn Squash Macaroni and Cheese. Since an acorn squash arrived yesterday in my CSA box, it was only natural that I use it in this delicious recipe I've been
dying to try. The results were superb, and I appreciated that the recipe called for non-fat milk to make the dish a little bit lighter. I will definitely be repeating this dish in the near future.

I wonder if I can make this with almond milk or lactose-free milk. It sounds delicious and I can't wait to try. Acorn squash is yummy!
