Dinner Last Night: Pasta with Roasted Cauliflower, Arugula, and Prosciutto

I made this lovely dish for dinner last night, Pasta with Roasted Cauliflower, Arugula, and Prosciutto. It really should have grape tomatoes thrown into the name since they are a main ingredient, but hey, I didn't make the recipe. It was healthy, light, filling, and pretty easy once I assembled all the ingredients.

  2. Looks very similar to a pasta dish I make with grape tomatoes, asparagus and parmesan cheese. Yum!
