...this fantastic little camera, the Canon Powershot SX10 IS. I toyed with the idea of upgrading to a Nikon D60 SLR, but inevitably decided on this lovely little Canon, in hopes that I'll eventually be earning fancy photographer status.
With my upcoming European adventure just around the corner, I thought it time to invest in an upgrade. I'm incredibly excited about my new purchase, and have been testing it out incessantly acquiring the little guy Sunday evening. Anyone else a proud owner?

Wish I was. The hubs just lost our camera along with the last three months of pics of our bambino that we had not downloaded yet. He had better find it if he knows what's good for him. Ah ha.
ReplyDeletecongratulations on your new purchase, it's an amazing camera you have there! can't wait to see more of your pictures!

Not a proud owner, but man I'd love to be!
ReplyDeleteJEALOUS. I so want a SLR camera - I just don't think it'll be in the budget anytime soon.
ReplyDeleteP.S. Water for Elephants is SUCH a good book. One of my top favs!
Oooh! Congratulations! That's an awesome purchase and I'm sure it'll serve you well. We're thinking of upgrading to an SLR before our European honeymoon. I'm excited to see the products of that beautiful little camera!
ReplyDeleteYay! I have the same camera!! I love it but there's so much more I have to learn on it. Once I master this, then I'll move up to an SLR...one day.
ReplyDeleteHave fun on your trip and can't wait to see all the photos you'll come back with. :)
Fun! Your going to love it!
ReplyDeleteI'm a proud Canon owner! I almost went with the Powershot, but spring for the SLR. But, I have to say...I probably wouldn't even notice the difference in quality. From what I've seen they both take equally gorgeous photos!
ReplyDeleteI bet you'll be completely head-over-heels with this little guy after your European adventure!!
