I was craving Asian food last night, but didn't want to spend more money on take-out yet again. Instead, I opted for this Cooking Light Recipe,
Stir-Fried Chinese Egg Noodles. Aside from the Chinese egg noodles, I had most of the ingredients on hand, but I found them at my local specialty market. The final product was delicious, and I have a feeling it will reheat well for lunch tomorrow - always a plus!
