Dinner last night was a delightful summer treat -
peach, prosciutto, and goat cheese pizza. In a word - delicious! I've never been a huge fan of peaches raw, mostly because the idea of biting into peach fuzz makes my skin crawl, but when cooked, the juicy sweet peach flavor really packs a punch, and this recipe is no exception!

ReplyDeleteThat looks delicious! I'm not usually a fan of fruit on pizza, but there's this fabulous restaurant in Sacramento called L Wine Lounge and they make dessert pizzettas on Sunday nights. My favorite is pear and chocolate! Mmm!
