My bf and I are inheriting my parents sweet gas grill/barbecue, just in time for summer! I can't wait! This weekend in Palm Springs, I had quesadillas cooked on the grill for the first time ever...and let me tell you, it was hands down the best quesadilla I've ever had!
I can't wait to try out new recipes on the grill. First up, quesadillas! Closely followed by pizza on the grill, yum! Now that I'm excited, I need some inspiration. What are your favorite grill recipes?

oh those grilled quesadillas look so so delicious! on my way to see the recipe!
ReplyDeleteGrilled quesadillas sounds awesome!
ReplyDeleteI love grilling fish of any kind. Particularly salmon, halibut and swordfish. I usually make a marinade by pureeing parsley, green onion, garlic, cayenne pepper and olive oil. I rub it into the fish and let it marinate then grill it! It's super simple, but delicious!
Yum...that sounds really nice:) Can I have the recipe, please?
ReplyDeleteKisses and have a fun day, sweetie
Corn on the cob--shuck the corn, slather in butter, wrap in foil, bbq for 15 minutes or so, unwrap and salt generously. YUM!
ReplyDeleteOK, so we grilled pizza for my bday this weekend and it was PHENOMENAL. At first we thought it was turning into a disaster. THe dough charred. But that made it BETTER. We ahd carmelized onion + gorgonzola; roasted red peppers + goat cheese; a mexican pizza, cheese + jalepenos, etc. All so so very good. I can't stop dreaming about it! I love grilling non-traditional thigns. I'm going to have to try the quesadilla's! I'm so over veggie burgers on the grill...
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, this looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteWhen I was a vegetarian, my friends would always laugh at me for ordering quesadillas at Mexican restaurants. But I couldn't help it, as they were almost always grilled, and you're right - best ever!
ReplyDeleteOh wow those look good! Yum. Must get propane and fire up the BBQ!
ReplyDeleteThat looks so good! I love to grill thinly sliced veggies and use them to make a veggie lasagna!
ReplyDeleteJealous of your new grill!
