Happy Easter! Any big plans for the day? After a morning of mixing, whipping, and baking; my kitchen is a wreck but my dishes are prepped and ready to travel en route to brunch with good friends. Also, I've been told that the Easter bunny left me a little something special at my parents house, can't wait!Hope your Easter is a lovely one!

It has been lovely! I hope yours tops your expectations! It's 73 degrees outside, and we had a complete lunch with baked dill salmon, strawberry spinach salad, asparagus, fruit, and homemade carrot cake squares!! I'm full, happy, and the easter bunny still has yet to come by! I'm not sure the day could possibly get better.

ReplyDeletebrunch sounds like a lovely way to spend Easter! and the Easter bunny brought me something special to my apartment this morning! even though I'm 25, my mom still makes me an Easter basket! gotta love it :)
