Italian Markets

Just stopping in to post a few pictures from my adventures in Italy...

One of my favorite things is the open markets, every morning without fail the market is bustling with boisterous Italians, gathering the necessary produce, meat, and cheese for the days meal. This is our local market for the week, just down the hill from the villa where we're staying.

    I think I could kill to be able to stroll down to the market early in the morning, bying som eggs, smelling the tomatoes, getting some flowers. Love love love. But I haven't got a market nearby. So jealous...

    I adore the fried zucchini blossoms I had in Italy and I never can find them here! If you get the chance, you definitely should try one!
