The premiere went off with a bang with Heidi crashing Lauren's birthday yacht extravaganza, some more black mascara-eyed tears between the troublesome twosome, and Spencer punching out Cameron (Stephanie's ex) for texting Heidi that he was flirting with the bartender.Let the games begin...
