In case you haven't noticed, Girl Scout cookie season is in full swing. I know I can't resist those pricy $4-a-box Samoas and Thin Mints. But for the budget Girl Scout enthusiast, try making your own Samoas bars at home. You might not be supporting a troop of 9-year olds in merit badges, but these sweet homemade treats look pretty good!

oh my goodness. i have to make these. yum.
ReplyDeleteWow I bet they're even more yummy that the GS ones. (Although don't tell them I said that. Nothing more sad than disappointing a little girl dolled up in a uniform.)
ReplyDeletei've been craving the thin mint ones!!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, those look amazing. Totally going to try 'em at home. Maybe I'll make myself a little purple box for authenticity.
ReplyDeleteSamoas and Thin Mints are my favorites too! That recipe looks amazing, I love coconut so much!
ReplyDeleteSamoas are delish. But those look awesome too.
ReplyDeleteThey look so mouthwateringly good :)
ReplyDeleteYUUUUUUM.
ReplyDeleteI am making these.
They are perfect more me because I:
1.) am cheap and not willing to shell out the dough for a box
2.) love samoas
My sister made these and said that they were even better than the cookies. I can't wait!
ReplyDeleteI tried them too, they ARE better than the cookies, DELICIOUS!! i highly recommend
